Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements adopted today

It is a day to remember: after more than ten years of work on a Judgements Convention, the Convention on Choice of Court Agreements was adopted today, at the Twentieth Diplomatic Session of the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
